DISCOUNTS
You may be entitled to any one or more of the six types of discounts that appear on this page.
1. Occupancy Discount
Because less number of occupants within a unit cause reduced consumption of utilities as well as reduced wear and tear your rent is therefore reduced by $100 per person for each person the occupancy is below the maximum capacity for the unit. This discount is available in addition to any other discount.
Maximum unit capacities:
Studio: Two persons (if the second person is a young child)
One bedroom: Three persons of any age
Two bedroom: Five persons of any age
Three bedroom: Seven persons of any age
Example: If the maximum capacity is five but only two persons occupy the unit the discount is $300 per month.
2. Location Discount
Currently we offer a $20 monthly discount on some third floor units. This discount may be taken in addition to any other discount.
3. Lease Discount
For a minimum 6 month residency reduce rent by $50 per month. For one year reduce rent by $150 per month. This discount may be taken in addition to any other discount.
4. Special Discount
If a letter "S" appears next to the scheduled rent amount, the unit may be a discounted unit within its own category. If so, the discount is $20 per month. The manager will inform you of any change. This discount may be taken in addition to any other discount.
5. Senior Discount
The unit rent is discounted $20 per month if any one or more of the unit's residents are at least 65 years of age. This discount may be taken in addition to any other discount.
6. Move-in Discount
To defray your move-in costs, you are offered a $120 move-in bonus in the form of monthly reductions in your rent at $10 per month spread out over your first year of residency. This discount does not apply to internal transfers. This discount may be taken in addition to any other discount.
