Pet Policy
To all of our valued future residents; Please review the following information regarding our now in place pet policy. Note: The Pet policy outlined below does not apply to service animals or emotional support animals. Please call our office for information regarding service animals or emotional support animals.
For pets, the following requirements must be met:
1. Schedule a time with the rental manager to meet and complete a Pet Agreement.
2. Pets must weigh under 30lbs while residing in the rental unit.
3. Tenants are allowed 2 pets per unit maximum.
4. Pets may not only be cats and dogs, but other common pets such as birds, fish and other small pets.
Aquariums must be 10 gallons or less.
5. As always insurance is required to be maintained by Tenant to adequately to insure against actions by the
pet.
6. Pictures of pets are required to be provided to Management at the time of Agreement.
7. A one-time refundable pet deposit of $500 is required for the first pet. $300 for the second pet.
At this time, we will not be charging any additional rent for the pet, although policies may change in the future, as we are able to accurately determine the rises in costs associated with this policy change. Thank you for your continued residency, we hope that this policy change will allow you to enjoy your rented home to its fullest potential.
